Payment Methods
We accept all major payment methods including Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Delivery
All orders are shipped through our authorised courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery charges, if any, are included in the product price. Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 working days from successful order confirmation, subject to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
To raise any claim related to damage, defect, or incorrect product, customers must record a clear, continuous, and uncut video at the time of delivery. Requests raised without this video proof may not be accepted.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
If an order has already been dispatched or is in transit, a 15% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value.
If the customer refuses delivery after shipment, the same 15% deduction will apply.
Cancellations due to incorrect details or change of mind after dispatch will also attract a 15% cancellation fee.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 working days.
Returns & Replacements
We do not offer refunds for returned products. Only replacement is provided in eligible cases.
Returns or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and are accepted only if:
- A wrong product is delivered.
- The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- Parts or accessories are missing
The product must be unused, packed in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, invoice, and warranty cards. Serial numbers must be intact and unaltered.
If courier pickup is unavailable at your location, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our designated address. In such cases, courier charges will be reimbursed.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, an approved replacement will be dispatched within 7 working days.
Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:
- Product is unavailable at the time of dispatch
- Delivery cannot be completed due to courier service unavailability
- Order is cancelled before dispatch
- Order is cancelled or refused after dispatch (15% cancellation fee applies)
Refunds are not applicable in cases of change of mind after delivery, used or installed products, missing packaging or accessories, altered serial numbers, or claims raised without mandatory proof.
All refunds, including COD orders, are processed directly to the customer’s bank account, irrespective of the payment method used.
How to Request a Refund, Return, or Replacement

- Order Number
- Delivery video or clear images (mandatory for damage/mismatch claims)
- Bank Account Number
- IFSC Code
- Account Holder’s Name
- Branch Name
Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–15 working days after approval.
